Delivery Inspection and Package
On delivery, please report any issues or problems with the shipment by submitting a shipping support case here.

Handle With Care
Its important you keep the Stampinator in good condition, please handle with care during installation and operation.
It’s important to properly install the Stampinator on your press and for your workflow. Refer to the user manual, installation instructions for your press (click here for the different press configurations), and if you have any questions, submit a support request here.
Dialing It In
The Stampinator is not a flash and it’s not a heat press, it’s a Stampinator and just like any other piece of equipment it needs to be dialed in for every application. We have a ton of great how to videos here, and you can also submit a request for a call or a video troubleshooting session here, however you do need to try it and ensure it is dialed in properly for your application.

If for what ever reason the Stampinator is not working for your application or workflow, please submit a return request here, we will review it and send you a RA number and return address information, shipping costs will be paid for by the user.
Return Shipping and Damage Inspection
Shipping is the responsibility of the user. On receipt of returned item, we will inspect it for any issues and document accordingly, once confirmed condition we will process a refund within 7 business days of receipt.
The Stampinator ships from our warehouse in Edgewood Maryland. The typical turn around time to ship is 7 days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking notification via email.
All orders ship via UPS or Fedex small package.
All orders need to be inspected for accuracy and damages within 48 hours of receiving. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returned items. Please keep your original packaging for up to 30 days after receiving your order to insure it arrives to our warehouse safely in the event of a return. All return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Please contact our support department prior to sending returns so that it can be pre-authorized.
