Return Policy
The Stampinator and associated accessories have a limited 30 day return policy under the following terms:
30 Days. Returns must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the Stampinator.
Original Packaging. Original packaging must be kept to repackage the Stampinator, we recommend keeping original packaging permanently in case of future warranty claims.
Trouble Shooting. You must contact us via this link (contact form link) to submit manufacturing or operational issues with your unit, we will connect with you to resolve these issues via email, text, phone, or video call, our goal is to resolve issues and ensure the process of using the Stampinator is correct to weed out any variables in the operation or machinery.
Return Request. If you have done the above and still need to return the unit, please submit this form along with a photo showing the condition of the Stampinator, we will review your request and send you a return label to ship back the Stampinator.
Return Shipping and Review. The Stampinator must be securely packaged in order to avoid damage during the return process, use original packaging and additional materials as needed to protect the unit. Once the unit has been received we will review it for damage and issue a return summary via email.
Refund. Refunds will be issued less return shipping, 10% return fee, plus additional damage/repair fees if assessed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
